In the UK, we have been based in Birmingham for over 15 years, distributing the Team, Kalorik, efbe-schott, Prostar brands of small domestic appliances.

If you prefer to discuss your requirements before placing your order over the phone, please call 0121 693 9221 between 1000-1630 Mon-Fri where we will process your order, the prices being the same as the on-line shop.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the 'Shopping Cart'.

If you're buying one item, go straight to Checkout. VAT and Shipping charges are clearly identified there, with the easy ability to cancel or amend should you so desire. You must select the country here.

If you're buying more than one item, select Confirm. Then carry on shopping please! At any time, you can select Shopping Cart from the icons at the top or bottom of the page and proceed to Checkout.

After you have finished your selection, click on Proceed or Next and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment, but sadly not Visa Electron. Credit and Debit card transactions are handled, we hope seamlessly, by Worldpay, leaders in secure internet transactions. We never see your credit card details, Worldpay handle the secure side of the transaction, verify your details, and their Confirmation is passed to us so that we can process your order. Shipping And Handling Depending on the make-up of your order, we will despatch goods by Royal Mail, or courier. Where possible, we use barcode traceable services, however the post is un-trackable.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 28 days, and our target is within 10 working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, VAT is added at the prevailing rate. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

If you incorrectly exempt yourself from VAT, then we reserve the right not to process your order. We will inform you and may refund you, less any finance charges already incurred by us.

Credit Card Security We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. The card details go directly to Worldpay, one of the most secure sites on the internet. We never see the card numbers, nor are they held anywhere but with Worldpay.

Guarantee Our products are covered by our 12-month domestic use warranty; any warranty claims arising from delivery MUST be notified within 24-hours of receipt, otherwise we cannot be responsible. Your warranty period starts from when we despatch the item to you. Any items for return must be in their original packaging, clean and packed with due regard to sharp edges and other hazards. Your statutory rights remain and these are per the Distance Selling guidelines issued by the DTI.

If you wish to return a product within warranty, then carriage to us is on your account (carriage cost will be refunded only if the item is faulty and shows no evidence of abuse or non-maintenance in line with the item's instructions). If the item is defective, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion and return it to you at our expense. If the item is not defective, then we may return the consignment with carriage charges forward (to your account).

If you simply wish to return an item for reasons other than a warranty claim, any refund will be based on the product and packaging condition when received here but in any case will exclude the carriage element from the original transaction.
